Product Description

Slewing bearings are used inCrane bearings, crane bearings, bucket wheel bearings, marine crane bearings, shield machine bearings, large ladle bearings and other turntable equipment bearings subject to radial, axial and moment loads. Slewing bearings are widely used. Engineering machinery is the initial application field of slewing bearings and is also the most widely used place, such as earthmoving machinery, excavators, dismantling machines, stackers and reclaimers, graders, road rollers, dynamic compactors, rock drilling machinery, tunnel boring machines, etc.

The single-row four-point contact ball slewing bearing is composed of two seat rings. It has a compact structure and light weight. The steel balls are in four-point contact with the arc raceway and can withstand axial force, radial force and overturning moment at the same time. Construction machinery such as rotary conveyors, welding operators, small and medium-sized cranes and excavators can all be used.

Note 1. n1 is the number of lubricating oil holes. Steel ball diameter < medium 25 oil cup M8x1 (JB/T7940.1~JB/T7940.2); steel ball diameter > medium 25 oil cup M10x1 (JB/T7940.1~JB/T7940.2). The user can specify the oil hole location according to the application. 2. The thread diameter in n can be changed to M, the thread depth is 2M3, the circumferential force of the gear in the table is the maximum circumferential force, the rated circumferential force is 1/24, and "K" is the peaking coefficient. 3. The specifications in this sample are standard products, and the inner and outer diameters are all within free tolerance. If there are matching requirements between the host machine and the slewing bearing, please indicate the matching dimensions and accuracy in the contract or contract attachments (such as technical agreement).
